Selective Scholarship Opportunity

Would you like to attend college for free or with very little cost out of your pocket? Do you excel academically at the top of your class and are involved in activities within your community? If so, a highly selective scholarship may be the right direction for you.

Highly selective scholarships are available to some of the nation’s top schools such Yale, Columbia, Northwestern, University of North Carolina—Chapel Hill, Washington University and the list goes on. These scholarships provide dollars for full or partial tuition. These are amazing opportunities to take advantage of. The counseling department has put together a link for more information on these scholarships at http://www.symbaloo.com/mix/selectivescholarships

These deadlines are fast approaching and may require a counselor to nominate you for the scholarship. If you are interested, please fill out the Selective Scholarship Survey link from the School Counseling website at http://www.linnmar.k12.ia.us/schools/High_School/GUIDANCE/default.html . Any questions, see the Counseling Department or stop in the College/Career Center.
