Iowa American Legion High School Oratorical Scholarship Contest

The purpose of the American Legion's National High School Oratorical Contest is to develop a deeper knowledge and appreciation of the Constitution of the United States. Open for grades 9-12.  Winners can receive $50-$18,000 scholarship based on their entries on the topic of the U.S Constitution. Submission date for entry is Dec. 15, 2013.
