PSEO-College Credit for High School!

Sophomores and Juniors! Wishing for a way to take college classes and not have to pay for them? See your counselor to investigate college classes you can take off-site next year. Common colleges for Linn-Mar students are Kirkwood (especially the Marion center), Mt. Mercy, and Coe. This is a great way to explore interest areas or to get some of your general education courses for college out of the way in high school! Applications and credit class schedules for Kirkwood are available in the counseling office and Mt. Mercy and Coe have theirs on their websites. All applications must be complete and in the counseling office by the morning of June 1. Juniors may wish to look at summer classes as well, but these are at their own expense and must be pre-approved.
